Upon graduating from Loyola High School, Mr. Barclay attended the
University of California, Irvine, where he received Bachelor of Arts degrees
in Political Science and General Social Ecology in 2000. While a student at
the University of California, Irvine, Mr. Barclay interned with the Orange County
public defender’s office.
Mr. Barclay received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2003.
While at Loyola, Mr. Barclay joined Streeter & Nangano in May 2002 as a
law clerk. Additionally, Mr. Barclay interned with Los Angeles District Attorney’s
Office on two occasions: once in the Career Criminal Unit of the Target Crimes
Division, and once at the Downey Branch. Mr. Barclay was certified by the
California Supreme Court to practice law before California courts as a law student
and, to that end, prosecuted preliminary hearings on behalf of the District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Barclay also was a Note and Comment Editor on the International and Comparative
Law Journal at Loyola. Mr. Barclay received training in trial advocacy through the
William H. Hobbs trial advocacy program.
Mr. Barclay currently handles cases ranging from business litigation, Proposition 65,
probate litigation, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury. |
